We are looking for:
We are looking for an IVVQ Manager to lead validation and testing efforts for our projects. You’ll define IVVQ strategies, manage test environments, create test plans, and ensure all solution requirements are met. You’ll also coordinate risk management, acceptance phases, and work closely with project teams and stakeholders. What you will do:
Lead the definition of project IVVQ scope of work, and provide detailed estimates and operational plans to deliver against this scope
Review and assess Solution specifications, Design and Architecture
Ensure Solution Requirements coverage
Accountable/responsible for project documentation related to validation: write TC for solution/system/delivery/component, execute TC, provide TC execution report, log results using JIRA
Lead on management and maintenance of the IVVQ Test Environments for the projects you were assigned
Create and execute the test plan, perform functional and non-functional testing and present the test results; you can execute regression tests and initiate corrective action if needed
Ensure delivery of your IVVQ work packages to time, cost, and quality
Define & implement the IVVQ strategy at system level
Manage, assign and schedule the IVVQ activities to meet the solution milestone
Accountable/responsible for entire project documentation related to validation
What you must have:
Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or equivalent work experience
5+ years of IVVQ/IVVQM/Integrator & Validator related experience in integration and validation, good knowledge of validation methodologies, processes and tools
Understand business use cases and needs
Strong technical background, ability to work with combinations of technologies, to integrate and verify them in a logical and structured way into a system in order to fully satisfy a Customer’s requirement
Experience using different types of testing (Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity)
Experience in functional and non-functional testing
Experience using Postman / Newman / Soap UI– intermediate level
Experience using JMeter– intermediate level
Experience with bug tracking and reporting systems
Intermediate knowledge of SQL and Database servers (Oracle is an advantage)
Microsoft Windows OS relevant experience (installation, configuration)
